About ST. Joseph's School
St. Joseph's School is a private English Medium School established and conducted by the Catholic Diocese of Bhagalpur for the education of boys and girls up to High school level. The purpose of the institution is to impart to its pupils a sound moral, intellectual and physical education, to train them to be useful and loyal citizens of India and help them to become the agents of needed social changes in the country during the years of their studies.

We have a team of highly qualified experienced & dedicated teachers added with sincere co-operative non teaching staff. Modern method of teaching is in practice. We have mostly south indian higly qualified teachers.

Peaceful Campus
The school is already multi storeyed palatial building containing classrooms, science Labs, Computer lab, Library etc with state of the art amenities and as part of our development programme the expansion of the school building is also running.

Computer Lab
Computer Education forms an integral part of the syllabus from Std II to X and comes as an optional subject for students of Std IX and X. The computer lab is equipped with updated version of Computers and generator facility in case of power cut.
The school has state-of-the-art computer labs to cater to students at Junior, Middle and Senior School levels. They gain proficiency and dexterity in current technology with optimized supportive infrastructure with the latest hardware and software and a team of extremely competent staff. Through these educational tools, students take online tests, and exams.
Science Lab
The Physics Lab is a spacious hall that can accommodate good number of students at a time. Lab activities and experiments engage student's mind which help them to acquire necessary skill and confidence. Meaningful learning takes place in the laboratory activities.
The Chemistry Lab is also a full-fledged well-ventilated modern lab with all modern apparatus and chemicals, required up to Class XII. With the seating capacity of about 35 students at a time, the students can carry out all their Chemistry practical classes and experiment their concepts and theorems learnt in the classrooms.
School Library
Library is a temple of knowledge and information. It is a centre where knowledge is polished and groomed. A good collection of reference books, self- study books, biographies, holy books etc are availed in our school library. One can find himself moving from the 16th century to the 21st century, while glancing through our Library.
The Library is enriched with 5,000 books, 15 Journals, 15 Magazines, Encyclopedias, Yearbooks, General studies, & Competitive Exam books, short stories for students. The Students/Staff obtain copies information from Library. Each student gets a chance to borrow one book in a week. Lists of useful websites are also updated to the Students/Staff for their online reference.
